Preston C. Regehr is a founder of TechLaw Ventures, PLLC, a law firm that provides transactional and dispute resolution services involving intellectual property to computer hardware and software, healthcare, nutraceutical, chemical, publishing and technology companies.

Mr. Regehr came to TechLaw Ventures from the law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer where he was a shareholder and member of the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Law Group, and head of its Trademark Department. Prior to PB&L, he was also a shareholder in the law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy where he served in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Section. In Toronto, Canada, prior to admission to the Law Society of Upper Canada (the Ontario bar association), Preston articled with the Legal Department of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and with Blake Cassels & Graydon.
